چکيده
Given the substantial volume of investment and the importance of optimal project execution for employers and investors, there is a need to recognize and apply management tools such as Value Engineering to enhance project value. Value Engineering is essential due to reasons such as resource constraints, the inability to meet all customer demands, identifying product or service attributes that hold greater value for customers, finding the best solutions, entering the global competitive market, increasing innovation rates, improving performance, functionality, and quality of products and services, customer satisfaction, and legal requirements.
With the increasing complexity of construction projects, there is often a need to utilize new business processes and technical solutions, as well as to identify associated risks to evaluate the expected benefits from project requirements. Currently, with advancements in integrated multidimensional technologies for project visualization, the processes of information collection and project evaluation have been significantly facilitated. One of the available technologies is BIM (Building Information Modeling).
BIM is capable of creating a virtual reality of building models with coordinated and reliable information regarding a project from design to construction.This seminar will explore risk management and its relationship with BIM in construction projects.
