چکيده
This research proposes an AI-driven framework for intelligent customs clearance automation by integrating Graph Neural Networks (GNN), Symbolic AI, Internet of Things (IoT), and Blockchain technologies. The goal is to improve decision transparency, fraud detection, and operational efficiency in global trade processes. The system models customs entities and their relationships as a heterogeneous graph, enabling predictive risk analysis and anomaly detection. Symbolic reasoning ensures explainable and rule-compliant decisions, while blockchain guarantees data integrity and traceability. The research aims to create a scalable, adaptive, and secure customs framework that enhances global trade facilitation through intelligent automation.
