  • چکيده
    This research proposes an AI-driven framework for intelligent customs clearance automation by integrating Graph Neural Networks (GNN), Symbolic AI, Internet of Things (IoT), an‎d Blockchain technologies. The goal is to improve decision transparency, fraud detection, an‎d operational efficiency in global trade processes. The system models customs entities an‎d their relationships as a heterogeneous graph, enabling predictive risk analysis an‎d anomaly detection. Symbolic reasoning ensures explainable an‎d rule-compliant decisions, while blockchain guarantees data integrity an‎d traceability. The research aims to create a scalable, adaptive, an‎d secure customs framework that enhances global trade facilitation through intelligent automation.
