  • چکيده
    The rapid growth of wireless technology has made it even harder to share spectrum, especially in the busy 2.4 GHz ISM ban‎d. One of the most important coexistence problems is how Wi-Fi an‎d Bluetooth, two widely used technologies that work together to provide high-throughput networking an‎d low-power connectivity, interact with each other. Because they work asynchronously, donʹt coordinate with other technologies, an‎d share a spectral footprint, they cause a lot of interference that shows up as slower throughput, longer latency, an‎d higher packet error rates. This seminar rigorously analyzes the mechanisms that facilitate such interference, utilizing analytical models, simulation studies, an‎d empirical data. Performance eva‎luation focuses on essential parameters such as throughput, latency, jitter, an‎d packet error rate, while also considering thresholds that, if exceeded, result in catastrophic performance failure. We look at both existing ways to reduce the problem, like Adaptive Frequency Hopping (AFH), Packet Traffic Arbitration (PTA), an‎d power regulation, an‎d new ways that use reinforcement learning an‎d hybrid simulation–testbed validation. This course creates a full picture of the problems of cohabitation by putting together previous research an‎d pointing out flaws in present methods. It also talks about possible future work, such as big empirical studies an‎d AI-driven interference prediction. This makes coexistence research a key part of making wireless systems in IoT, Industry 4.0, an‎d next-generation networks that are dependable an‎d can be used by many people.
