چکيده
This seminar gives a methodical look at the current status of privacy and security in blockchain systems, pointing out both the pros and cons of this game-changing technology. Blockchain was first designed to support cryptocurrencies, but it has now grown to include many other areas, such as healthcare, banking, and supply chain management. Even while blockchain is better since it is decentralized, unchangeable, and open, it is still vulnerable to a number of security risks, including Sybil attacks, 51% attacks, and smart contract exploits. Also, its clear design makes privacy a big problem, with dangers of deanonymization and problems with rules like the GDPR. The session looks at countermeasures and privacy-enhancing technologies like Zero Knowledge Proofs, ring signatures, and permissioned architectures in a critical way. It also talks about the new effects of quantum computing and AI-driven security models. The discussion concludes that the continued evolution of blockchain necessitates a harmonious mix of cryptography innovation, regulatory adaption, and ethical data governance to guarantee sustainable, safe, and privacy-preserving blockchain applications.
