چکيده
The summary of this seminar is the same as the introduction to the topic of research in the next course.
The study will include the addition of unprecedented motivational ideas in construction projects within an integrated residential complex in the city of Karbala, consisting of 1,200 houses with a horizontal construction system.
Observing employees and workers is usually unfavorable, but in this study the monitoring process will turn into suspense and highly acceptable, when organizing motivational ideas and moral, systematic and thoughtful support. They gain more points within the structure of clear and transparent prizes that make workers and employees live the obsession of working with dedication and staying to the end and taking into account that the approach of cooperation and individual differences are covered by this study as well, this study also includes motivation workers to priorities there safety by reminding them of the most important safety conditions and factors .
The main root of this idea is inspired by the rest of the workers when they eat lunch and arrange their seating in a way that allows everyone to see a large screen.The content of this presentation or program will be thoughtful and accurate, according to the available time, as it will include drawing a map of the future of this project and how it will be at the end, and motivate everyone to stay with this type of construction company, especially qualified people, because there is justice that benefits everyone in the appreciation and reward of the most generous and sincere.
There are ideas to monitor the work, analyze and display the results, but we will rely on the daily report of the supervisor.
The theoretical and scientific basis of this research seeks to contribute academically by linking organizational psychology with construction management practices and presenting a low-cost strategy that focuses on the human element to enhance workforce stability.
