چكيده در زمينه طراحي سيستمهاي اطلاعاتي تاكنون كتابها، مقالات و مطالب بسياري در سطح دنيا تدوين شده و نمونه هاي عملي و اجرايي فراواني با توجه به شرايط و موقعيتهاي متفاوت، به اجرا در آمده است. متدولوژيهاي متعددي جهت طراحي سيستمهاي اطلاعاتي از پايه و يا حتي توسعه سيستمهايي كه قبلا طراحي و ايجاد شده اند، وجود دارد. متدولوژي هايي كه با توجه به عوامل مختلف حاكم بر پروژه ها ابزارهاي قدرتمندي را در زمينه طراحي و برنامه نويسي كامپيوتري، در اختيار طراحان سيستم قرارميدهند. در تحقيق حاضر كه مطالعه اي موردي در صنعت خودرو سازي ميباشد، جهت دستيابي به هدف هماهنگي تأمين - توليد در شركت خودرو سازي بهمن موتور، جهت استخراج مشكلات موجود در زنجيره تأمين، ابتدا قسمتهاي درگير درتأمين و توليد شركت بطور كامل مورد بررسي قرارگرفته است. سپس شكاف موجود در سيستم اطلاعات سازمان در فصل مشترك تأمين و توليد استخراج شده و طراحي اين سيستم اطلاعاتي واسطه اي جهت ايجاد هماهنگي بيشتر، موضوع اصلي كار تحقيق حاضر گرديد. در اين راستا متدولوژي هاي مطرح در ايران و سراسر دنيا مورد بررسي قرار گرفت تا بهترين و مناسبترين آنها براي انجام طراحي فوق انتخاب گردد. سپس بر اساس شرايط حاكم بر پروژه، متدولوژي RAD انتخاب شده و در نهايت پس از انجام تحليل و طراحي مورد نياز بوسيله زبان جامعUML و تحت نرم افزارRational Rose ، برنامه نويسي و كد نويسي نرم افزاري با زبان C# و بانك اطلاعاتي SQL انجام گرفت. سيستمي كه در نهايت با اين متدولوژي مورد طراحي قرارگرفت با حفظ شرايط موجود حاكم بر محيط شركت بهمن موتور و همچنين اعمال حداقل تغييرات ممكن، توانست شكاف مابين سيستمهاي اطلاعاتي موجود سازمان را پوشش داده و در كوتاهترين زمان ممكن به بهره برداري برسد. اميد است تحقيق حاضر بتواند گامي موثر در ايجاد هماهنگي مورد نظر در شركت بهمن موتور باشد. واژه‌هاي كليدي: طراحي سيستم اطلاعاتي، هماهنگي، تأمين- توليد،

Abstract: So far books, acticles an​d many subjects have been developed in the field of information systems design in the world an​d many practical an​d executive examples have been implemented according to different conditions an​d situations.There are several methodologies for designing information systems from base o​r even development of the systems which have already been designed an​d created. Methodologies that are offering powerful tools according to various factors of projects in the field of designing an​d computer programming. In recent research that is case study in the field of automobile manufacturing industry, in order to achiving to goal of coordinating Proqurement-production in Bahman Motor Company. For extracting the current problems in supply chain, first of all the parts involved in supply an​d production examined fully. So the gaps in the information systems in intersection of supply-production have extracted an​d designing of these information systems for more coordinating has become the main matters of present research work. In this regard, the methodologies proposed have been examined in Iran an​d the entire world untill the best an​d suitable one select for above designing. Then based on the project conditions, RAD methodology have been chosen an​d after analysis an​d designing needed it has done by UML under the Rational Rose software. Programming have been done with C# programming language an​d SQL database. The system which is designed with this methodology could cover the gaps among existing information systems an​d in the shortest time come into operation with keeping the current conditions of bahman motor company environment an​d also with the least changes.
