Abstract:
Nowadays, intense competition in the markets makes the organizations to act as a member of supply chain. Being a member of a chain helps firms to focus on their field of expertise to respond quickly to changing customer needs and improve their flexibility and agility, and the ultimate goal of supply chain management to improve the competitiveness of whole chain by integrating parts of the chain and the coordination of their activities is possible. Integrating different parts of the chain to form a supply network and managing the flow of materials through this structure play an important role in the chain performance and its competitiveness. The main objective of this study is to provide a model for supply chain design of decorative stones in competitive conditions by taking into account the risk of the disruption.
The main tools used in this study is the use of mathematical programming and game theory for competitive modeling of Nash and Stackelberg games. The purpose of the modeling is to consider disruption and potential risks taking into account the competitive situation in the market. In addition, due to considering the competition and disruption, the results of this decisions have an appropriate efficiency in real world and considered real needs of markets. Due to problem situation, use meta-heuristic methods like particle swarm optimization and biogeography based optimization for solving the model and verification of its, and the results of this research is taking into the account real conditions of problem, competition and disruption simultaneously, location and pricing of products due to the restrictions.
