Abstract
It is accepted to use the technology to improve development programs to get life high standards, specially for developing countries which industrial growth plays important role for those. Due to globalization rate and needs of companies and countries, new and high technologies are as a competitive advantage at global market. Technolgy transfer is as a method to improve company performance or using of new commercial opportunities.
It is studied and concluded about recognition and prioritization of effective factors on technology transfer at this research (case study: Iranian Railway transportation industry). This is an applied and developing research. Statistical population of this research, was experts of technology transfer of railways industry of Iran (Tehran) that 235 people was selected as samples. The research tool was a questionary. We used SPSS and LISREL softwares for analysis tools. Based on results of investigation, the personal factors, technological factors, environmental and social factors, political factors, organizational factors, industrial factors, sender and receiver factors, software and hardware infrastructues factors and services level factors influence on technology transfer of railway transportation industry.
