چكيده امروزه مديريت دانش، به عنوان زمينه رقابتي براي سازمان محسوب مي شود. انواع سازمان‌ها و مؤسسات با ساختارهاي گوناگون، به اهميت مديريت دانش پي برده‌اند و تلاش ميكند تا با كسب و حفظ آن بتوانند قدرت رقابتي سازمان خود را افزايش دهند. سازمان‌هاي پروژه محور نيز از اين روند مستثنا نبوده‌اند و با توجه به ساختار پوياي خود، دانش به‌دست‌آمده از انجام پروژه‌هاي گوناگون را حفظ كرده و براي پروژه‌هاي ديگر به‌كارگيرند. در اين تحقيق با مرور ادبيات سعي شده است تا با استفاده از رويكردي منسجم به بررسي شايستگي‌هاي بنياديني كه از مديريت دانش در بستر مديريت پروژه به دست مي‌آيد را مورد بررسي قرار داده و ارتباط اين شايستگي‌ها با مفهوم مزيت رقابتي تحليل نماييم. بدين منظور ابتدا تعاريف كلي از مفاهيم مورداستفاده در تحقيق بيان‌شده است. سپس با استفاده از اين كلمات كليدي تحقيقات گذشته موردبررسي قرار گرفت تا شكاف تحقيقات گذشته به دست آيد. هم‌زمان شركت مپنا از منظر شايستگي‌ها دانشي مطالعه شد. با بررسي تحقيقات پيشين عوامل تشكيل‌دهنده هركدام از شايستگي‌ها تعيين گرديد و روابط آن با قسمت‌هاي ديگر مديريت دانش به‌صورت يك مدل پيشنهاد شد. شايستگي‌هاي حاصل شامل: چابكي سازماني، هوشمندي رقابتي، قابليت‌هاي شبكه‌اي، قابليت‌هاي محيطي، قابليت‌هاي سازماني مي باشد. پس از آن با استفاده از رويكرد معادلات ساختاري و روش حداقل مربعات جزئي و نرم‌افزار PLS داده‌هاي تحقيق در شركت مپنا مورد تحليل قرار گرفت. با توجه به اهداف تحقيق 10 فرضيه مورد بررسي قرار گرفت كه يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد استراتژي‌هاي مديريت دانش و زيرساخت مديريت دانش در شركت مپنا از طريق فرآيندهاي مديريت دانش بر شايستگي‌هاي بنيادين اثرگذار است و اين شايستگي‌ها با اثر ميانجي شايستگي‌هاي بنيادين حاصل از مديريت دانش بر مزيت رقابتي شركت‌هاي پروژه محور تأثير مثبت دارد. همچنين نهايتاً به‌منظور عملياتي شدن پژوهش در شركت مپنا نمونه پيشنهادهاي كاربردي و علمي براي تحقيقات آتي پيشنهاد گرديد. واژه‌هاي كليدي: شايستگي‌هاي بنيادين، مديريت دانش، مزيت رقابتي، سازمان‌هاي پروژه محور، مديريت پروژه.

Abstract Nowadays, knowledge management is being considered as competitive field for organizations. Variety types of organizations an​d institutions with various structures have recognized the importance of knowledge management an​d trying with learning, implementing an​d maintaining it to increase their competitive power of themselves. So Project-based companies not exempt from this trend an​d due to their dynamic structure retain the knowledge obtained from various projects for using in their future projects. In this study, it’s tried with reviewing the literatures an​d using integrated approach to study the fundamental competencies achieved of knowledge management in the context of project management, also analyze the relationship between these competencies with the concept of competitive advantage. For this purpose, first its expressed general definitions of the concepts used in this research then with using these key words, past related researches get examined to identify the research gaps. Simultaneously MAPNA Company is studied from the perspective of knowledge competencies. By examining previous researches the Constituent elements of any of competencies be determined an​d to propose their relations with other parts of knowledge management as a model. The obtain competencies are included: Organizational Agility, Competitive Intelligence, Network capabilities, Environmental benefits, Organizational Capabilities. Then using structural equations approach, partial least squares method an​d PLS software the data in MAPNA Company Analyzed. According to the study objectives 10 hypotheses were examined an​d research findings show Knowledge management strategies an​d knowledge management infrastructures in MAPNA Company Through knowledge management processes influencing fundamental competencies an​d these competencies with a mediating effect of basic competencies obtained from knowledge management have a positive impact on competitive advantage of Project-based companies.
