ايجاد حس تعلق در فضاهاي باز مجتمع مسكوني با توجه به الگوهاي معماري ايراني- اسلامي و طراحي مجتمع مسكوني در اصفهان

چكيده امروزه با توجه به كاهش حضور افراد در عرصه هاي عمومي و كاهش سطح تعاملات اجتماعي نياز و ضرورت به طراحي فضاهايي كه زمينه ساز حضور بيش تر افراد در عرصه هاي عمومي باشد بيش تر احساس ميشود . همچنين كمبود فضاهاي باز نيمه خصوصي كه بتواند نيازهاي ساكنين مجتمع هاي مسكوني را تامين كند مشهود است. پژوهش حاضر با اين پرسش آغاز مي شود كه فضاي باز كارامد از نظر حس تعلق در مجموعه هاي مسكوني كدامند.با روش بررسي هاي اسنادي و ميداني ،ديدگاه هاي مختلف ساكنين پنج مجتمع مسكوني در اصفهان طي پرسشنامه اي در حيطه عناصر تاثير گذار بر حس تعلق مكان جمع آوري گرديد و با نرم افزار اس پي اس اس تحليل شد. روش انجام تحقيق تركيبي از توصيفي پيمايشي و مورد پژوهي مي باشد.مجموعه مطالعات كتابخانه اي اين تحقيق شامل بررسي انواع مختلف فضاهاي باز و ويژگي هاي حياط خانه هاي سنتي و تاثيري كه بر تعاملات اجتماعي دارند،همين طور بررسي عناصر شكل دهنده فضاهاي باز و نمونه هاي موردي داخلي و خارجي و ... مي باشد.علاوه بر مطالعات كتابخانه اي از روش هايي مانند مشاهدات رفتاري ،ياداشت برداري و عكس برداري و ... نيز استفاده مي شود. نتايج نشان داد كه حس تعلق به مكان در فضاهاي باز خانه هاي سنتي در مقايسه با مجتمع هاي جديد بيشتر است. اين تعلق در عناصر كالبدي، در ويژگيهاي شكل و اندازه عناصر )شامل؛ شكل و اندازه حياط، شكل و اندازه ايوان يا سردر، نورگيري و شكل در و پنجره( و بافت و تزئينات )شامل؛ تزئينات حياط، نما و فضاي داخل( و همچنين ويژگي هايي چون دسترسي،سلسله مراتب، امنيت ،انعطاف پذيري فضاها و...در خانه هاي سنتي بيشتر نمود مي يابد. نهايتاً اين نتيجه حاصل آمد كه در مجتمع هاي جديد، با الگو برداري از خانه هاي سنتي و با در نظر گرفتن حياط و تزئينات درون و برون، مي توان احساس تعلق به مكان سا كنين را افزايش داد. واژه هاي كليدي: تعاملات اجتماعي، حس تعلق، خانه هاي سنتي، فضاهاي باز

Abstract: Nowadays, due to the reduced presence of individuals in the public sectors an​d the reduction of level in social interactions more necessity is felt to design spaces that promote greater involvement of people in the public area. Also the lack of semi- private open spaces that can meet the resident’s residential complexes needs is evident. This study begins with this question, which open space efficient housing complexes have a sense of belonging. With the methods of documentary an​d field, different views of the residents of five residential complexes in Isfahan during questionnaire within the effective elements on the sense of belonging to place were collected an​d analyzed by the software SPSS. This research is a combination of descriptive an​d case studies. The collection of library studies in this study includes investigation of a variety of open spaces an​d traditional courtyard houses features an​d their impact on social interactions, as well as investigating the forming the open spaces elements, internal an​d external case studies and…. In addition to the library studies, methods such as behavioral observations, take notes, photographs, etc are also used. The results showed that the sense of belonging to place in traditional houses open spaces is more in comparison with new complexes. This belonging in the physical elements, the characteristics of the shape an​d size of elements (including the shape an​d size of the yard, the shape an​d size porch o​r portico, skylight an​d shape of windows an​d doors) an​d textures an​d decorations (including decoration of the yard, facade an​d interiors) as well as features such as access, hierarchy, security, flexibility of spaces, etc…) is more exposed in traditional homes. Finally, it was concluded that the new complexes, through making samples of traditional houses an​d bearing in mind the yard an​d decorating inside an​d outside, the sense of belonging to places can be increased.
