ارائه يك روش براي اختصاصي سازي متدولوژي مديريت پروژه در يك سازمان پروژه محور مطالعه موردي: سازمان بنادر و دريانوردي جمهوري اسلامي ايران

براي بكار بردن موفقيت‌آميز دانش‌هاي مرتبط با مديريت پروژه در يك سازمان، لازم است تا روشي مناسب و مختص آن سازمان وجود داشته باشد تا بتوان پروژه‌هاي سازمان را در تمامي فازهاي چرخه عمر آن، به‌خوبي مديريت كرد و با موفقيت به اتمام رساند. متدولوژي مديريت پروژه اين امكان را فراهم مي‌كند تا مديران پروژه بتوانند از راه‌حل مناسب انجام پروژه (فرايند آغاز تا فرايند خاتمه) به‌خوبي پيروي كنند تا الزامات سازمان و پروژه به دست آيند. تعداد بي‌شماري متدولوژي در دنيا وجود دارد. اين متدولوژي¬ها در نحوه ارائه راه¬حل¬ها، با يكديگر متفاوت مي¬باشند و تمركز هركدام از آن¬ها بر روي گستره¬هاي دانشي خاص، با ديگري فرق مي¬كند.در اين تحقيق ابتدا سعي شده تا متدولوژي‌هاي معتبر موجود در جهان بررسي شوند و سپس با مشخص كردن شباهت‌ها و تفاوت‌هاي ميان اين متدولوژي‌ها، ويژگي‌هايي براي تمايز بين اين متدولوژي‌ها تعيين‌شده است. نكته حائز اهميت در استفاده از يك متدولوژي در سازمان، آماده‌سازي سازمان و اختصاصي سازي متدولوژي متناسب با نياز سازمان مي¬باشد. به همين منظور، لازم است تا پيش از انتخاب يك متدولوژي و يا تدوين يك متدولوژي براي يك سازمان، نيازهاي سازمان موردبررسي قرار گيرند تا پياده¬سازي متدولوژي براي سازمان مفيد واقع شود. براي پياده‌سازي متدولوژي، سازمان بايد آمادگي پذيرش متدولوژي را داشته باشد به همين منظور بايد پيش¬نيازهاي مربوط به متدولوژي را داشته باشد. در ادامه اين تحقيق با بررسي نظر افراد آگاه نسبت به متدولوژي مديريت پروژه، عوامل موفقيت پياده‌سازي متدولوژي در يك سازمان موردبررسي قرارگرفته است تا با ايجاد زيرساخت¬هاي اوليه، پياده¬سازي متدولوژي با موفقيت روبرو شود.

For using project management knowledges properly an​d successfully in an organization, a proper an​d customized methodology is needed so that the projects of the organization will be manage well an​d be finished with great success. Project management methodology helps the project managers to find the best way to do the project (from beginning to the end) an​d achieve the requirements of the organization an​d the project's goal. There are lots of project management methodologies in the world. These methodologies are different in the ways of giving the solutions an​d each one of them are focused on some specific knowledge areas. In this survey first, popular project management methodologies are being analyzed an​d then by specifying the differences an​d resemblances of them, properties of choosing a proper methodology is defined. An important point in using a methodology in an organization is to prepare the organization before using a methodology an​d customizing the methodology with the needs of the organization. So it is necessary to analyze the needs of the organization before choosing o​r making a methodology for the organization an​d therefore embed the methodology in the organization effectively. For embedding a methodology, the organization has to be prepared to accept the methodology, so there are some pre requirements for embedding the methodology. After the first part of this survey by analyzing the ideas of experts in project management science, success factors of embedding a methodology in an organization are being defined so that by making good primary infrastructures in the organization, embedding the methodology will be successful.
