Abstract:
Extraction of metal minerals in mining industry a large part of the economy in various countries, particularly Iran included. In addition, Iran full of various metal ores such as copper, iron, zinc, etc. Iran has been a great expansion in the cement industry. Much of the mining industry and important raw materials quarried stone is purified. This important step, which is directly involved in the purity of output, is responsible for mills. Therefore, it is clear that a major part of consumer be allocated to this section. Due to the benefits of induction motors, such as strength and easy maintenance, in most cases, these motors for this application, are the first choice. Improve the efficiency and performance of these motors is an industry need for the mining industry. Such as, uninterrupted operation of the motors and losses related to non-operating losses of the system is triggered. Dissertations and research in this area is great.
The main part of this thesis related to sensitivity analysis and optimization design goal of electric motors, for this purpose, the magnetic equivalent circuit method used for modeling and finite element method for validation and verification modeling, is selected. After sensitivity analysis and determine the effective parameters, the basic design optimization and the corresponding design of electrical, thermal and mechanical properties have been evaluated. Design optimization results show that about 10 per cent of Moto efficiency slightly improved.
