Abstract
According to the project manager on construction projects that have drawn the most important issue is how projects can be done successfully. The most important thing in this regard, increasing the productivity of manpower.
In order to achieve this goal, after a comprehensive literature review and the opinion of experts experienced in this area were classified into five groups of 53 extracted factors. Then a questionnaire to gather experts in Mashhad construction contractor companies about the importance of each factor was designed.
In order to prioritize the factors and hierarchical model created by using AHP technique and then a matrix of pairwise comparisons by experts experienced in this area were given as input to the software expert choice. Finally, based on the results of analytic hierarchy process AHP final prioritize the most important factors affecting labor productivity in construction projects was determined.
In general, look at the most important factors in labor productivity in the country's development projects economic factors and management.
Moreover, compared to countries like Turkey and Egypt after the result was that in developing countries the economic factors: timeliness bonus, the amount of remuneration and social insurance and non-economic factors as well as the factors: leadership competencies project managers, discipline and working conditions health and safety, job satisfaction are more important.
