Fast charging stations for electric vehicles is suitable option to increase the interest of people to use electric vehicles instead of gasoline cars. On the other hand, to increase the satisfaction and the influence of these cars, suitable location and size of these stations are two important factors. Lack of long lines and cumbersome for vehicle charging, convenient and accessible location in the penetration of these vehicles can be very effective. In this Thesis, the location and the size of the fast charging stations for electrical vehicles has been discussed by considering optimizing the network losses, The energy losses associated with electric vehicles to go to the station at the time they needed, Costs related to land charging station, the cost of investment and the drivers waiting cost at the stations that its ration is much higher than gasoline-powered vehicles, on a IEEE123 standard network by genetic algorithm and different scenarios has been presented in the results section. This study concentrated on a hypothetical city that has a zone with high concentration of electrical vehicles.
