چكيده با رويكرد جديد شهرهاي پايدار ، امكان حضور مجدد انسان و برگرداندن نقش او در حيات جوامع بشري از جمله فضاهاي شهري مهيا گرديد . ايجاد معابري تحت عنوان معابر پياده و توجه به نيازهاي واقعي انسان ضمن كمك به تجديد حيات شهرها ، تعاملات اجتماعي افراد را نيز بهبود مي بخشد . در اين پژوهش هدف كلي ايجاد فضايي براي حضور مردم در فضاي شهري و پايه گذاري يك ذهنيت مشترك از ارزش ها و عناصر با معناي يك جامعه براي شكل گيري حس تعلق ، تعامل و وحدت اجتماعي است . پياده روي و توسعه معابر پياده ضمن اينكه مقياسي انساني را در جوامع و فضاهاي شهري رعايت مي نمايد خود به عنوان يكي از مهم ترين اجزاي عرصه هاي عمومي در شهرها مطرح گرديده و روز به روز در حال گسترش است . پياده راه هاي مطلوب نقش بسيار موثري در افزايش حس تعلق ساكنين ايجاد مي كند . حضور پياده راه ها در شهر سبب خاطره انگيزي و دوام زندگي و پايداري مراكز شهري و بستر ادراكي شهر خواهد شد . طراحي اين پژوهش بر اساس افزايش حس تعلق ساكنين به فضاي پياده رو خيابان فتحي شقاقي با رعايت مولفه هاي چهارگانه مورد توجه در پژوهش حاضر از قبيل مولفه كالبدي – زيست محيطي ، فعاليتي – عملكردي ، اجتماعي –اقتصادي ، حركتي –دسترسي پايه گذاري گرديده است . روش جمع آوري اطلاعات برمبناي كتابخانه اي ، اسنادي و نيز مشاهده مستقيم و غير مستقيم (پرسشنامه اي) تدوين شده است . بعد از تكميل نظرسنجي، با نرم افزار Spss براي تحليل داده¬ها و تعيين ميزان همبستگي معيارها با حس تعلق از آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي استفاده گرديده است . سپس تكنيكSWOT براي ارزيابي نقاط قوت ، ضعف ، فرصت و تهديد تدوين شد . و روش برنامه¬ريزي راهبردي مبتني بر چشم¬اندازسازي ، هدف¬گذاري و سياست¬گذاري بكار گرفته شد . درادامه با نرم افزار Gis وCity Engine طرح پيشنهادي طراحي گرديد . كلمات كليدي: معبر پياده رو ، انسان ، حس تعلق ، معيارها ، خيابان فتحي شقاقي(تهران)

Based on the method of data collection , documentary as well as direct observation (a questionnaire) has been eveloped. .After completing the survey , with software spss to analyze the data an​d determine the level of correlation with the sense of descriptive statistics an​d inferential statistics using criteria round .Then swot techniques to assess the strengths , weaknesses , opportunities an​d threats was drafted. Strategic Planning methods based on visioning , goal setting investment Policy was applied. The following Proposal was designed with software gis an​d City engine .
