Abstract
Accreted urban population growth has caused various environmental problems including environmental pollution, demographic crises, traffic congestion, social challenges, townscape disorder and weakness of public service, in local level , spatially in neighborhood ?. Isfahan is a typical example of city regarding these problems. The urban neighborhood of Isfahan, were the crystallization of.
Local vibrant, greenery, livability, sociability, walkability and visual appropriateness of Iranian cities. But, now it is suffering from above mentioned problems. This research aims to survey and solve some of these problem using smart city approaches. Smart city approach is relatively a new solution making model in which advanced technology and their tools, such as IT & ICT would be applied in planning and design process.
For this research Environmental quality feature norms are survived in a neighborhood level case study within the city of Isfahan study is programmed based on mix research method. Baagh daryaacheh neighborhood selected as case study site which is located in south-west of city, district NO.5 study has been done in Baagh Daryaacheh. Then urban design solution, regarding strategies, general policies and action plans are the main results of this projects.
As it is already mentioned the main techniques and tools for implementation design solution based on smart city approach. The redesign of Baagh-Daryaache neighborhood have been presented according this approach.
