Abstract
World competition condition and importance of consumer in organization life cycle, lead them to provide after-sales service to attracting more and more satisfaction of consumer. In this regard we used Mathematical Programming for designing of reliable reverse logistics network. So that, by taking immediate supply and cross - transfer policies between Members , what will surely be considered is Customer satisfaction after sales services of them. Values of our pathway are be guarantee by demonstrating environmental and social importance of effect of that on product life cycle. Dynamic nature of supply chain and logistic that imposed highly quality of uncertainty for planning decision making, hence widely effect of which on performance of network. In this regard we used Multi-objective planning for modeling, So that in our first function, after-sales service agency seek to minimize their costs, and in second function, seek to minimize costs of imposed on customers and finally makes customer more satisfy. At the first for solving our model, we compare exact algorithm of Epsilon limitation with Meta-heuristic algorithm NSGA2 and MOPSO, and finally by evaluating efficiency of NSGA2 methods, we selected it as appropriate algorithm. presented model in this thesis was derived from real conditions, and to provide any feedback to optimizing costs and service, it has been developed in Avrin Electric Co. which is a manufacturer of welding and cutting devices. Consequently after running the model by using actual data and review the results of the company, we provided solutions to improve the current situation of company.
