چكيده امروزه با پيشرفت فناوري‌هاي جديد و به‌كارگيري سامانه‌هاي پيچيده در صنعت هوانوردي تربيت نيروي انساني متخصص، ماهر و مجرب پروازي از اهميت ويژه‌اي برخوردار است. به‌موازات توسعه صنعت هوانوردي در سازمان‌هاي هوايي، صنعت شبيه‌ساز پروازي از اهميت خاصي در آموزش برخوردار هست. ضرورت تهيه سيستم كمك‌آموزشي شبيه‌ساز به‌منظور انجام ملزومات پروازي به‌عنوان نياز اساسي سازمان‌هاي هواپيمايي اعلام‌شده است. در حال حاضر دانشجويان، كارشناسان و خلبان اين سازمان‌ها براي طي درون‌هاي مقدماتي و بازآموزي فنون هوانوردي از تسهيلات آموزشي موجود استفاده مي¬كنند. يكي از اصلي¬ترين مسائل در انجام يك پروژه عظيم مانند شبيه¬سازهاي پروازي، توجيه اقتصادي آن-هاست، عاملي كه مي¬تواند سرمايه¬گذار را قانع و تحريك به سرمايه¬گذاري در مقابل فرصت¬هاي ديگر بنمايد، ازاين‌رو يك فناوري پس از موفقيت¬هاي فني، نياز به قبول شدن در آزمون¬هاي اقتصادي نيز دارد. در پژوهش حاضر ابتدا وضعيت شاخص اقتصاد مهندسي طراحي و ساخت شبيه‌ساز در كشور نسبت به خريد اين وسيله از منابع خارجي مورد ارزيابي قرارمي گيرد. سپس هزينه‌هاي آموزش يك خلبان به‌وسيله شبيه‌ساز با هزينه‌هاي آموزش با هواپيماي واقعي موردسنجش قرارگرفته و زمان تقريبي اقتصادي شدن شبيه‌ساز مشخص مي‌گردد. در ادامه معيارهاي موردسنجش عملكرد شبيه‌ساز با استفاده ازنظر خبرگان مشخص و با روش تصميم‌گيري چند معياره ( AHP) مدلي براي ارزيابي عملكرد شبيه‌ساز ارائه خواهدشدكه اين مدل شرايط فعلي معيارها را مشخص مي‌كند. واژه‌هاي كليدي: شبيه¬ساز پرواز، ارزيابي اقتصادي، مدل، ارزيابي عملكرد، تصميم‌گيري چند معياره
