Today, there are different supply chains to provide products and services in a competitive environment. Railway Organization as well as other organizations is in supply chain, and has to be competitive for survival with other competitors, including road and air transport. Assessment of supply chain performance is one of the most important concepts business environment. There are a variety of models and methods for evaluating supply chains which have special solution methods. The project is based on Supply-Chain Operations Reference Model (SCOR). This model helps to determine the main-chain processes, introduce criteria and sub-criteria for reviewing and assessmenting supply chain. The project uses criteria SCOR such as the perfect order fulfillment, the order fulfillment cycle time, the total cost of supply chain management, upside supply chain flexibility, return on supply chain fixed assets, and expert opinions including employee loyalty, crane readiness, rate of repair time of cranes to stoppage time in the area and MTBF.Criteria were weighted by paired comparisons of experts and fuzzy analytical hierarchy process. Criteria were divided into two categories of cause and effect with Dematel technique, Those criterias which are most relevant to other criterias were identified, then actual values and appropriate indices were calculated. Problems were determined at the supply chain. In the end,best techniques have been introduced to improve the chain studied.
