Supplier selection is one the most important issues of supply chain which has an
influence on the whole supply chain. Because, from both aspects of cost and
quality has influence on supply chain. Also, in each aspect of the supply chain
from production to sell, has a great effect on the product process. Moreover
production process has a huge impact on people and their environment around
themselves in the whole chain.
Supply chain might have a reverse flow from bottom of the chain which is
costumer because of defected products or other facts. It can be recovered,
reassembling the product in order to find the defected part of the product for
referring to the supplier or etc. In this way, it is named reverse supply chain. By
being together of the supply chain direct flow and reverse flow, the system is
named the closed loop supply chain.
Sometimes, because of the supplier’s limited capacity, it is needed to determine
orders lot sizing which is named by order allocation beside of supplier selection
in supply chain.
Because of facing with environmental issues for changing the eco-system of the
earth, excessiveness using of the resources and weakness in replacing and
making the wanted or unwanted problems in human social living system, leads
human society to think in order to find efficient solution for this case.
In this study, by collecting idea from Iran Khodro automotive complex and past
works review it is tried to present a linear mathematical model with two
objectives which minimizing the cost in one objective and minimizing the
pollution in the other that hase been done in sustainable supplier selection in
closed loop supply chain field. The pollution has been revised in two categories
of environmental (the pollution from quality levels of the production and
transportation pollution) and social (for avoiding production elements from
urben places and costumer zone). The collected data from Iran Khodro company
in model, has been solved by Lingo software and e-constraint and normalizing
approaches which are classified in the tables and finally the sensitive analysis
has been done.
