ABSTRACT:
Nowadays with a quick look to changes growing and the dramatic and widespread changes that it happens every day in all areas of social life and even values and culture of a community, shows that it has led to entrepreneurship as a effective strategy for economic and social development. On the other hand, if government agencies of industrial age want to manage challanges of highly variable age of information society and knowledge-based economy, first should be entrepreneurs.
As regards Iran Electronic Components Industry is a government organization that is poised to achieve an entrepreneurial organization, in this study, we tried to integrat identification the process of entrepreneurship in three dimention of structural, behavioral, underlying factors and tried to explain the dimentions of entrepreneurship development in this government organization.
This research is descriptive in terms of procedure. The population consisted of all employees of Electronic Components Industry and simple random sampling was conducted. Data obtained from the questionnaires prepared by the researcher was calculated and analyzed through statistical analysis software LISREL.
Eventually correlation matrix of research component shows that there is a significant positive relationship between the two components of research-including environmental/underlying factors, structural/organizational factors and behavioral/content factors- and entrepreneurship.
