In this study, In one hand we explained new approach for the synthesis of 2-amino-3-cyano-(4H)-chromene derivatives via Eggshell/Fe3O4 as a biodegradable catalyst in green and eco-friendly conditions. This method have many advantages such as using a green and biodegradable catalyst, easy recovery, reusability of catalyst and simple work up with quantitative yields. The characterization of nanocomposite was considered by Fourier Transform Infrared Radiation (FT-IR), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Thermal Gravimetric Analysis (TGA), Vibrating Sample Magnometer (VSM), Electron diffraction X-ray(EDAX), Atomic force microscopic(AFM).
In other hand, we considered synthesis of thiophene derivatives in optimization situation via Eggshell/Fe3O4 nano composite. So, in present of microwave in ethanol as a solvent, the best result was obtained. The reaction time, yields and the easy way for working up caused a great method to synthesis of thiophenes.The pure product were gained in ethanol as an organic solvent .
