Human resources management is the most important managing and supporting processes in all organizations. The process that started in the organization before you hire employees and to the employees of the Organization after that time continues, it could cause the creation and strengthening of a significant competitive advantage for organizations. Some experiences in encouraging the effective and decisive about the role of this deputy in the areas of success in hand, but on the other hand, and in counterpoint in a number of organizations, human resources still has not been able to place her in the gardens of the value creation in the hands of the Organization and participation in an effective and long-term goals of the Organization's strategic partners. Human resources in line with its strategic role in the Organization and value added should be the goals and programs of the Organization and their species to suitable for positive achievements including staff, senior managers, line managers, customers and investors. Therefore, the cause of the identification and diagnosis of the needs and expectations of stakeholders in creating value in this field is so important.
This study analyses the expectations of senior managers and line managers of human resource deputy in Iran Khodro Industrial Group.
