Abstract
The aim of the study is to The Identification and Ranking of the Risks Involved in Construction Projects of High-Rise Buildings of Mashhad City Using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Model. To this end, reviewing the conducted research and using the research literature, the dimensions and components associated with the concept of High-rise building, Risk identification and construction industry have been discovered. Based on the variables, a questionnaire relying on 84 questions has been developed, the validity of which was confirmed by an esteemed professor. The reliability of the questionnaire were (0.945) which are higher than 0/7. The statistical population of the study consists of All managers of construction companies building high-rise city of Mashhad. The sample size was 15, according to Morgan. Also, and for the exam study questions of various statistical tests (t student) and confirmatory analysis using LISREL software used for ranking risks of Expert Choice AHP software will be used. Also, The results indicated that internal risks, including the risks of high-rise buildings into 2 parts (employer risk, run the risk, procurement risk, schedule risk, human resources risk and design risk) and foreign risks (including the risk of political, economic, social, legal, natural and conventional), divided. The for recommendation at this field managers and construction companies have provided high-rise building in Mashhad.
