چكيده مهاجرت يكي از مشكلات اساسي شهرهاي امروز است كه تغييرات بسياري را در مبداء و مقصد مهاجرت ها ايجاد مي كند و نيازمند برنامه ريزي دقيق براي شهرهاي مهاجر فرست و مهاجر پذير مي باشد. يكي از موضوعات مهم در اين مبحث يافتن نقش مهاجرت بر ساختار سكونتگاهي ناحيه هاي مهاجر پذير است و اين كه مهاجرت چه تاثيراتي را بر ساختار اجتماعي ، اقتصادي و كالبدي در شهر مقصد از خود به جاي مي گذارد. در اين رساله سعي داريم تا نقش مهاجرت را در ساختار سكونتگاهي ناحيه شهري كرج بررسي كنيم . براي انجام اين پژوهش با توجه به داده هاي كمي و منابع كتابخانه اي ، اسناد و منابع اينترنتي ، براي رسيدن به پاسخ پرسش هاي مطرح شده و پي بردن به اين پرسش كلي كه آيا ميان مهاجرت و ساختار سكونتگاهي ناحيه ارتباط معناداري وجود دارد يا خير. اين رابطه مي تواند ، رابطه مستقيم و يا معكوس باشد. به اين منظور براي رسيدن به پاسخ پرسش هاي طرح شده در پژوهش ، ساختار كلي ناحيه در سه سطح ساختار اجتماعي ، ساختار اقتصادي و ساختار كالبدي ديده شده و از 4 روش ، آمارهاي توصيفي ، تحليل روابط، تحليل فضايي ، و تحليل مقايسه اي براي رسيدن به نتايج استفاده شده است. از يافته هاي اين پژوهش نتيجه ميگيريم كه تمركز جمعيت مهاجران در غرب ناحيه بيستر است و همچنين نرخ بي سوادي و متولد شهر ديگر بودن ، در ميان شاخص هاي اجتماعي ، تعداد شاغلين و شاغل بعنوان كارگر ساده از ميان شاخص هاي اقتصادي و فاصله تا مركز شهر و تعداد واحدهاي مسكوني كمتر از 50 متر مربع از ميان شاخص هاي كالبدي ،مهمترين متغيرهاي تاثيرگذار با روابط معنادار هستند . كه اي روابط مي تواند مستقيم يا معكوس باشد. كلمات كليدي : مهاجرت ، ساختار سكونتگاهي ، ناحيه شهري ، كرج

Nowadays, one of the most important problems in cities, is migration, which causes a lots of changing not only in destination but also in its source and it requers an exact planning for it. One of the most important topics in this matter , is finding the role of migration in the structure of settlements in a region . In addition finding the effects of migration on society , economy and physical structure in the city of destination. In this project , we want to search about the role of migration in structure of settlement in a region in Karaj. Regard to this purpose , according to quantity data and librarian soucres , information from internet , we try to answer to questions and achieve to the answer of the question is there any relion between migration and city structure or not. This relationship can be strait or revers. To this purpose for answer the questions of the research, we see the regional structure in three devided sections : social structre, economy structure and physical structure and we use four different technics for reach to accure results. We conclusion from the results of this research that concentrate of population in the west of the region is more that the rest. In addition the rate of illiteracy and borning in the other cities , among the social indexes and number of employees among the economic indexes and the distance of home to city centre and the number of houses which are less than 50ms in physical indexes are the most important of them which have strait or revers impact on that.
