Abstract:
Knowledge based companies are private or cooperatives companies that create in order to synergy of science and wealth, knowledge-based economic development, scientific and economic goals such as development and application of invention, innovation and commercialization of research and development, design, production of goods and services in the field of superior technologies with high added value. The lack of an integrated chain from research to production and become a significant gap between scientific ideas and research products and services to current realities that to solve the major factors driving for knowledge-based companies can be identified and prioritized, and the remedy for the problems of this type of company. So the aim of this study was to identify driving factors knowledge-based companies with the approach of resistance economy. Authors in this study which in terms of purpose is applied and the type of data collection is descriptive, with using experts of knowledge-based economy and economic resistance, first payed to identify driving factors, and then using the fuzzy Delphi technique to identify the most important phase. In the next step, after the presentation of a category of factors have been identified, by the analysis hierarchy process (AHP) to prioritize and determine the significance of them. According to the results, operating systems and organizational processes known the most important factor of knowledge-based companies. As well as sales factors and marketing and product and technology factors of importance were the second and third ranks. In the next step, using Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) impact and effect of the causal factors identified and in accordance with the results of the technical systems and organizational processes as the most influential and transformational leadership were identified as the richest drivers. Finally, practical and future suggestions were presented.
