Abstract
Old tissues as a core elements of ancient cities have lost their efficiency and faced with variety of crises. The significance of cultural districts,the existence of historical elements and heritage, traffic problems, the necessity of providing services especially in crises.. The risk of an earthquake and the inability to predict the time of it ,the use of planning and processing systems ,the necessity to keep and gentrification of these areas will be doubled.
Reformation, organization and revitalization of urban spaces, is depending on identifying potentialities and limitations and also determining desired strategy for strategic –structural development in line with various physical –social and economic indicators. As old urban and old texture are parts of cities structure
They have a growing exhaustion .As a result they stay away from the city economy cycle .Exploiting all the urban potential, and optimizing existing status due to increasing productivity are the main reasons for reformation.
Reformation needs various contributions such as governmental, public, private sectors and also people. To gain these contributions we need district development office and agreement between the municipality, civil and urban development organization, strengthen housing cooperatives residents, planning for building a residential complex seems to be necessary.
The existence of comprehensive unit management for reconstruction worn out tissues, can transform practical tissues into executive strategy.
In order to get out of the present situation while addressing the general and fundamental issues and considering it as a long term process, there is a need for measurable solutions which are meaningful for people solutions in which quickly bring to their needs.
