Abstract
In this research, Synthesis of graphene oxide was done by Hummer method, Acid functional groups of graphene oxide through covalent bonding was functionalized by thiamine and was synthesized GO-VB1 with high dispersion in aqueous solvent .Then the catalyst be detected by FT-IR, FE-SEM, XRD, EDS, AFM, TGA. GO-VB1 was used in the synthesis of derivatives benzimidazole.
