Maintaining the quality of the environment along with economic growth is particularly important so that many studies in this context has been done, but about the existence and nature of the relationship between environmental quality and economic growth there is no consensus.
In this research we check the relationship between economic growth and greenhouse gas pollution in both developing and developed countries based on the theoretical foundations of Environmental Kuznets Curve period 2000-2014 that Iran has also been included among developing countries.
For this purpose relying on conventional methods in the combined data (panel data), to examine this relationship in the form of Environmental Euznets Curve (EKC) has been paid.
The consumption of fossil fuels has been associated with emissions and the increase of greenhouse gases lead to warming.
In this review, Carbon Dioxid that is the most effective gas in greenhouse effect and the phenomenon of warming as an indicator of pollution and GDP as an indicator of economic growth has been test ,as well as , the amount of the energy consumption and the amount of the population of the countries as a related variable have been entered into the model.
The results of this research indicates that in none of the two groups in the developed and In developing countries, Kuznets curve is not confirmed and at different stages of economic development, Revenue increase cause creates different changes in release carbon dioxide.
