Most of the energy in the fuel of the internal combustion engines of the vehicle, called waste, is lost without the help of the vehicle's propulsion. Some of this lost energy can be used to boost fuel efficiency. Thermal recovery systems, which are often used in vehicles with internal combustion engines, include thermoelectric systems, Rankine cycle and Turbochampnd..In this research, we study the issue of reducing diesel fuel consumption using smoke heat recovery by the R245fa Organic cycle for the production of mechanical and thermoelectric generators for the production of electric vehicle power consumption. In this system, we use the EGR cooling system according to Its high temperature and, conversely, higher efficiency for a wasteful waste heat source, has led to a reduction of 3-4% of diesel fuel consumption, with a power output equivalent to 230-300 watts for car electricity consumption through the use of thermoelectric modules
