This study aims at developing a mathematical model to investigate the effect of different doses of the Insulin drug on glucose regulation, changes in drug concentration in the body and calculating the optimal dose. To reduce costs and compliance with ethical issues, mathematical modeling to obtain useful information about the disease, the effects of the disease on patients body and his/her medical status are necessary in a safe and cost-effective procedure. For this purpose, according to previous studies, Pharmacokinetic-Pharmacodynamic model is chosen. This model is suitable for Insulin drug which is among the liposome inhibitors and new drugs to control blood sugar in Type II & I diabetics patients. The first appropriate glucose regulation model was selected, its deficiencies were examined and corrected and the necessary changes were made in the model and the parameters were estimated again. Finally, the pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) modelling proposed for this drug were combined with improved glucose and insulin regulation model, and a more complete model was provided for the Insulin liposomal drug.
Then the effect of different doses of liposomal drug insulin injections to regulate the amount of glucose in the blood and the optimum use Medications for diabetes has been considered.
The investigations carried out and the effect of different concentrations of drug insulin liposomal concluded that the amount of K_res=0.0001039 〖min〗^(-1) , K_rel=0.0001331 〖min〗^(-1) can be liposomes to load the insulin that the number of drug consumption declined while taking this drug, the mechanism of the body as much as possible the mechanism of the human body healthy is closer.
