Today, the issue of funding ,as a major challenge, is faced by entrepreneurs, especially in the area of new technologies and business .Added to the inherent risks and difficulties in these activities, which is trivial due to being new and disruptive , external factors can also have extreme effects on their performance,which makes it impossible to forecast their future. In other hand, entrepreneurs have no idea how to make decision about financing their projects and have a strategic and efficient selection and choose the best financial solution among various kinds of venture capital firms. This study deals with this challenge from the entrepreneurs perspective.
Bank affiliated venture capital firms as an emerging solution have a wide range of tools, due to their almost unlimited sources , to support entreprenuers and innovative projects in unexpected imbroglios to frustrate their termination. This advantage and the importance of it regarding to the decision making for selecting the financing type by entrepreneurs, which was admitted by previous venture capital area literature, will qunatitavely and reliably be shown in this research.
