According to the UNESCO , the art which has fewer than 50 skilled working people, is an extinct art. Now in Iran, nine skilled professors are engaged in brocade weaving jobs, which makes this art a dead art. The purpose of this article is to help this art to be restored and to study the difficulty in this way. To make it easier for the weavers to work, their workstations are examined. Initially, a field study was carried out to familiarize with the weaving of the fabrics. After reviewing library resources, Rula analysis method was used for workstation analysis. To do this, the weaving steps are divided into two parts. According to the interviews, weavers workstations have problems like hand stretching out while passing the Maku; at the end, this article represent some solutions for them. Some of these strategies are based on the teachings of the weaver to adjust the existing device, but some require additional features to the device or new design. It should be noted that in the traditional weaving, the most advanced workstation belongs to the brocade weaving devices.
