سيستم‌هاي برنامه‌ريزي منابع سازمان (ERP)، به عنوان يكي از نوآوري‌هاي ميان محصولي در فناوري اطلاعات مي‌باشد كه در دو دهه گذشته پيشرفت قابل قبولي يافته است؛ بنابراين آن‌ها را به ستون فقرات مديريت سيستم‌هاي اطلاعات تبديل كرده است كه سازمان‌ها خواهان اجراي آن هستند. با اين حال، به دليل مشكلات و نرخ بالاي شكست اين سيستم‌ها، مطالعات زيادي در اين رابطه صورت گرفته است. در اين مطالعه ما به دنبال اين هستيم كه چه رابطه‌اي بين ساختار حاكميت شركتي و موفقيت اجراي سيستم ERP وجود دارد. اين مطالعه بر روي مشاركت كميته راهبري سازمان، حسابرسي داخلي و مديريت تغيير و همچنين نقش فرهنگ سازماني متناسب با رويكرد اسلامي، تمركز دارد. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه ضمن تأييد فرضيه‌هاي تحقيق، نقش ساختار حاكميت شركتي و مكمل آن فرهنگ سازماني كه متأثر از آموزه‌هاي اسلامي است بر موفقيت و پياده‌سازي سيستم‌هاي ERP مؤثر مي‌باشد. اين مقاله مبتني بر يك پژوهش ميداني در صنعت پخش با مطالعه موردي صورت گرفته است. دادهها با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه جمعآوري شده و با رويكرد معادلات ساختاري با حداقل مربعات و با استفاده از نرم افزار SMART-PLS و SPSS تحليل شدهاند.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, as one of the innovations in the information technology industry, has been promising over the last two decades, making them the backbone of the management of information systems that organizations want to implement. However, due to the problems and high failure rates of these systems, much has been done in this regard. In this study, we are looking for a relationship between the corporate governance structure and the success of the implementation of the ERP system. This study focuses on the participation of the organization's steering committee, internal audit, and change management as well as the role of organizational culture proportional to the Islamic approach. The results show that while confirming the research hypotheses, the role of corporate governance structure and its complementary, organizational culture, which is influenced by Islamic teachings, is effective in the success and implementation of ERP systems. This paper is based on a field research in the broadcast industry with a case study. The data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the least squat structural equation with SMART-PLS and SPSS software.
