طراحي هتل با رويكرد نماي تطبيق پذير براي كنترل نور روز و كاهنده آلودگي

آلودگي هوا بحراني است كه در حال حاضر بسياري از كشورهاي جهان با آن مواجهند .آلودگي هوا به دليل افزايش غلظت مواد شيميايي هوا و ذرات معلق ايجاد شده تأثيرات منفي مستقيمي بر سلامت انسان ها، گياهان و جانوران مي گذارد. در جهان سالانه سه ميليون نفر بر اثر آلودگي هوا جان خود را از دست مي دهند و اين هشداري است كه نشان مي دهد بايد هرچه سريع تر از چرخه جهاني آلودگي هوا دور شد. زندگي شهري معاصر و افزايش روزافزون اتومبيل ها مشكلاتي نظير افزايش آلودگي هاي محيطي و توليد گازهاي گلخانه اي و ايجاد جزيره هاي گرمايي را سبب شده است نگاهي متفاوت به ساختمان ها به عنوان بزرگترين مصرف كننده انرژي در جهان (40%از سهم مصرف انرژي) مي توان آنها را به بهترين منابع صرفه جويي انرژي نيز تبديل كند. پوسته ساختمان و يا به نوعي نماي ساختمان را مي توان به عنوان يكي از اصلي ترين عوامل موثر در كارايي انرژي و همچنين پارامترهاي مرتبط با كيفيت فضاهاي داخلي و آسايش ساكنين ساختمان و تأثيرات مثبت بصري در محيط شهري دانست. با كاهش روزافزون منابع انرژي و افزايش الودگي هاي محيطي در شهرها واضح است كه هدف اصلي طراحي پوسته هاي ساختمان هاي معاصر مي بايست بكارگيري حداكثر تكنولوژي ها و استراتژي هاي موجود در جهت خلق فضاي مطلوب با كمترين مصرف منابع تجديدناپذير انرژي باشد. تهران نيز مانند بسياري از كلان شهرهاي جهان، با مشكل آلودگي هوا مواجه است كه اين مسئله يكي از مهم ترين مشكلات زيست محيطي كشور مي باشد. از آنجايي كه تهران پايتخت و كلان شهر است و مراجعات فراواني در زمينه هاي مختلف كاري و تفريحي دارد وجود هتل هاي متعدد با امكانات كافي احساس مي شود. در نتيجه در اين پروژه قصد براين است تا با استفاده از روش توصيفي-تحليلي و بر اساس مطالعات كتابخانه اي و ميداني، با ارايه راهكارهاي مقابله با آلودگي هوا و نمونه هاي مرتبط، هتلي 5 ستاره منطبق بر استانداردها با استفاده نماي تركيبي طراحي شود و به طرحي براي پوسته هتل در راستاي ايجاد فضاهاي جمعي با هواي پاك و مطبوع رسيد. كليد واژه ها: هتل، پايداري، نماي ضدآلودگي، نماي سبز

Summary Air pollution is a critical event that many countries in the world are facing. Air pollution, due to the increased concentration of air chemicals and suspended particles, has a direct negative impact on the health of humans, plants and animals. In the world every year, three million people die from air pollution and this is a warning that it should be removed as soon as possible from the global air pollution cycle. Contemporary urban living and the increasing rise of cars have led to problems such as increased environmental pollution and greenhouse gas emissions, and the creation of thermal islands, which has led to a different look at buildings as the world's largest energy consumer (40% of energy consumption). They also make them the best energy saving resources. Building shells or some kind of building facade can be considered as one of the main factors affecting energy efficiency as well Parameters related to the quality of indoor spaces and the comfort of the inhabitants of the building and positive visual effects in the urban environment. With the ever-increasing rise in energy sources and environmental pollution in cities, it is clear that the main goal of the design of modern building shells should be to use the maximum technologies and strategies available to create the optimal space with the least energy consumption of non-renewable resources. Tehran, like many other metropolitan cities, faces the problem of air pollution, which is one of the most important environmental problems in the country. Since Tehran is a capital and metropolitan area and has many recruits in various fields of work and entertainment, there are numerous hotels with sufficient facilities. As a result, the project intends to design a 5-star hotel in accordance with standards using a combination of fields using a descriptive-analytical method and based on library and field studies, providing air pollution control solutions and related examples.
