Today, most of the industry's attention, as well as science, is about saving energy. This is a very important specially for vehicles.
So far, a lot of work has been done to improve fuel consumption in cars. these actions are often related to optimizing the performance of the motor vehicle, the aerodynamic design, and so on.
One of the optimization areas that has been addressed so far is to modify driving patterns in different traffic cycles. Tips that if the driver can use in traffic, the fuel consumption dramatically decreases. There are many mistakes that are inevitable. It’s not important how much the driver could be skilled until there are lot of things that can be done.
To correct these errors, at first the factors must be identified and then the driver's defects must be correct by creating a series of control algorithms. The aim of this thesis is to change the throttle angle of the car in traffic cycles so that the car's performance is always at its closest point relative to its perfect performance.
This thesis proposes an algorithm to finding the best throttle angle for every speed in traffic cycle in order to the optimal performance model of cars.
