Abstract
Dramatic changes and increasing technology in various parts of hospitals in recent years has had a significant impact on treatment practices. These achievements and thousands of daily innovation the world, it gives us to constantly review and adapt our activities with the progress made. One of the areas that need to be considered in order to achieve these technology changes, is maintenance of mechanical installations in hospitals. So access to the basics of success in mechanical maintenance and repair of hospitals, health units is one of the strategic objectives and effective factors to achieve this position of great importance. This study, entitled Identification and ranking of key factors influencing the maintenance and repair of mechanical installations in hospitals, with the aim of identifying and prioritizing key success factors in the maintenance and repair of mechanical installations in public and private hospitals of the city of Tehran. This study is based on the result and purpose of applied research as well as the method descriptive research component. In this study, to collect data and information from the library and field method is used. In the library, theory and literature mainly of articles taken from the Internet, books, thesis and journals that are available in the collection is Persian and Latin. In order to collect data and information in the field as needed, a questionnaire was used. In this study, the researchers used interviews with experts in the field and using the Delphi technique, the key factors affecting the maintenance and repair of mechanical installations in hospitals. Then, using confirmatory factor analysis techniques and software to help SmartPLS, to verify these factors action. The factors considered by the experts to improve the performance of maintenance and repair of mechanical installations, using analysis techniques Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) weighed, and key factors affecting the maintenance of mechanical installations in hospitals, according to this indicator, using fuzzy TOPSIS (FTOPSIS) is ranked. The validity and reliability study also confirmed by convergent validity and reliability through Cronbach's alpha coefficients obtained a combined measured and indicated that the questionnaire has good reliability and accuracy. The results indicate that the 10 factor labor force, geographic location, hospital capacity, climate, ventilation systems, consumables, spare parts and equipment, complexity, automation and controls, the initial investment and quality of water have been identified as a priority order key factors affecting the maintenance and repair of mechanical installations in hospitals.
