Today, the tourism industry has been considered as one of the most important industries in the world that plays a major role in improving the economic situation of countries and their economic development, by experts, scientists, managers and planners of different countries. Iran is a country with an ancient civilization and the nature of four The season, with hundreds of tourism components, is considered one of the most unique in the world in terms of tourism. In the meantime, the central province of Tafresh has many natural and historical abilities to attract domestic and foreign tourists, but these capabilities alone do not seem to be enough to attract tourists. Naturally, in this context, the issue of the quantitative and qualitative expansion of passenger reception facilities is of particular importance. In this regard, the idea of establishing a center for recreation, recreation and tourism in Tafresh was introduced.
On the other hand, residential centers are one of the most consuming centers in the world in terms of energy use. For this, the residential tourism industry must be more responsive to energy consumption and save energy by using renewable energy and alternative energy saving methods. Even in recent years, the high cost of energy consumed by owners of these centers has also led to finding ways to reduce energy costs. The present research proposes to design a residential climate center with a view to reducing energy consumption. Among the benefits of using renewable energy sources and climate-friendly design, and maintaining resources for future generations, reducing energy costs and reducing environmental pollution. In this research, we have tried to design a suitable model for the design of renewable energy-related residential centers and replacement of renewable energy.
The process of doing research was to identify the subject, study the state of energy consumption, the necessity of sustainable design in our country, and then, by exploring and recognizing the principles of climate design and then simulation in the design of the billboard software. The results indicate that the proper use of the principles of sustainable climate design can significantly save energy.
