تخلفات رانندگي همواره يكي از علل بروز مشكلات، معضلات و حوادث ترافيكي در همه جوامع مي باشد كه بسته به بافت فرهنگي، اجتماعي و اقتصادي و جرافيايي جوامع ميزان و نوع آن متفاوت خواهد بود. گرچه در بروز تخلفات رانندگي عوامل محيطي-كنترلي، اجرايي و عدم تناسب ساختارهاي مواصلاتي با تعداد خودروها و واحدهاي عبور و مرور و غيره نيز دخيل مي باشد، اما خطاي انساني به عنوان اصلي ترين عامل، بالاترين نقش درصد علت تخلفات رانندگي است. رفتار رانندگي از مهم ترين مسائل مؤثر بر ايمني ترافيك و ميزان تخلفات رانندگي مي باشد. در بين مدهاي مختلف حمل و نقل موتوري، حمل و نقل عمومي امن تر از ساير مدهاي حمل و نقل در نظر گرفته مي شود. رانندگان وسايل نقليه ديگر به طور ميانگين بيشتر از رانندگان اتوبوس باعث تصادف مي‌شوند. در نتيجه، اتوبوس از امن ترين مدهاي حمل و نقل مي باشد. پژوهش حاضر سعي در شناخت دقيق معيارهاي موثر بر بروز تخلفات رانندگي از سوي رانندگان حمل¬ونقل عمومي و همچنين عوامل تأثيرگذار بر آن را دارد. نمونه مورد مطالعه در اين تحقيق رانندگان اتوبوس هاي شركت واحد اتوبوس راني يكي از كلانشهرهاي كشور (تهران) براي تخلفات داده هاي طي دوره 2 ساله ( 1394 و 1395) استفاد گرديد كه مجموعا 401 تخلف در قالب پايگاه داده اي حاصل از خلافي اتوبوس ها در پليس +10 بكار گرفته شدند. در پژوهش حاضر براي گردآوري اطلاعات جهت انجام پژوهش از روش كتابخانه اي و پايگاه داده اي استفاده شده و ابزار مورد استفاده آن آمار و اطلاعات تخلفات رانندگي رانندگان شركت واحد اتوبوسراني بوده است. براي بررسي تاثيرگذاري متغيرهاي مختلف بر ميزان تخلفات رانندگان اتوبوس‌هاي شركت واحد اتوبوسراني از آزمون همبستگي پيرسون استفاده گرديده و علاوه بر اين مدلي مبتني بر رگرسيون لجستيك با در نظرگيري متغيرهاي مستقل بر متغير وابسته تخلفات در نظر گرفته شده و به تحليل و اعتبار سنجي آن مبادرت گرديد. نتايج نشان داد كه عوامل مختلفي شامل سن، نوع مسير و عمر ناوگان و مدل اتوبوس مهم ترين متغيرهاي موثر بر تخلفات رانندگان اتوبوس در شهر تهران مي باشد. كليدواژه: تخلفات، رانندگان اتوبوس، ايمني ترافيك، آزمون همبستگي پيرسون.

Driving violations has been always one of the causes for the problems, difficulties and traffic accidents; depending on the cultural, social, economic and geographical context of societies, the level and type of these problems and traffic accidents will be different. Although environmental-monitoring, and executive factors and contradiction of transportation structures with the number of cars and traffic units and etc. are involved, human error as the most basic factor has the highest percentage in causes for driving offenses. Driving behavior is one of the most important effective issues on traffic safety and collision rate in driving. Among different kinds of motorized transportation, public transportation is safer than other transportations. Drivers of other vehicles averagely bring about accidents more than bus drivers. As a result, bus is among the safest model of transport. The present study has tried to recognize accurately the effective factors on outbreak of driving violations by public transportation drivers and as well, the factors affecting them. The sample under study in this research are bus drivers of Bus Company in one of the metropolises (Tehran) for their violations occurred during a 6 month period in 1395; totally, 893 violations were used as database. In present research, library-based and database methods were used to gather information in order to do the survey, and the tools/instruments used have been statistics and information of driving violations and the conflicts of bus drivers of Bus Company. Pearson correlation test was used to investigate the effectiveness of diverse variables on level of drivers’ violations of Bus Company, and besides, a model based on logistic regression has been considered by regarding independent variables on dependent variable of violations and then they were analyzed and validated. The results showed that different factors including age, experience and background of violations and the type of license are the most important effective variables on bus drivers’ violations in Tehran.
