With the advancement of information technology and the expansion of Internet applications and increased community interest in continuing their education and updating their science, day by day, e-learning has expanded, large universities, in order to improve their position against competitors and More globalization has been used to integrate technology and education and seek continual improvement. Therefore, in this research, the performance measurement with the uncertain multi-criteria decision making approach and network analysis at the university's electronic center The science of Iran's industry is being studied in order to be able to take a step forward. In this realm that is survey and applied, at first, the criteria for measuring the performance were selected and then by the method of fuzzy network analysis, their weights were calculated with the MATLAB and Excel software and the performance measurement system was then obtained by comparing A pair of electronic centers of three universities of science and technology in Iran, Khaje Naseerdin Tusi University and Islamic Azad University, performance points were obtained. For the University of Science and Technology of Iran, factors that reduce the performance score include "training staff", "international knowledge development", "software used", "time availability of backup expert," time allocated to the course "To improve the university's performance, these strategies were presented: Continuous training of staff members on training standards, training needs of the staff of the electronic center, the development of a staff training standard, the creation of opportunities and incentives for students to develop international knowledge, Improving the usability of the university's e-library, soft integration It eliminates the disparity between the software used in the electronic center, automates all activities in the software, coordinates the time of the expert attendance with the classes, increase the time allocated to the course.
