The production of biodiesel has been challenged in recent years because of the difference in the price of fossil fuels, but due to the growing decline in resources and economic problems in advanced countries, the choice of the best method in terms of production time, raw materials and more importantly Of all the costs of biofuels production is very important In this study, the latest methods of biodiesel production to find the best technical and economic methods were compared. Therefore, Palm oil and Chlorella Vulgaris oil were used. Palm oil, due to its unique properties, is a good source of biodiesel production, but the environmental problems caused by the use of food sources are an obstacle to this. Microalgae oil also has good properties for the production of bio-diesel, and in this research, Chlorella Vulgaris has been used that does not have environmental problems of palm oil. Examined methods include transesterification, emulsion, electrolysis, and pyrolysis. The biodiesel obtained from these methods was analyzed by GC-MS test and the conversion of each methods for Palm and Chlorella oil are transesterification (76.31, 81.4), emulsion (79.54, 81.46), electrolysis (46.83, 56.1) and pyrolysis (4.01, 6.41), respectively. Also, based on world prices of diesel and biodiesel, biodiesel produced in the first three ways is competitive in the global market.
