Therefore, there is a great deal of ambiguity about the relationship between talent management and employee retention, which requires further investigation.
The main objective of this research is to investigate the effect of applying talent management on employee retention and preservation. To this end, we intend to determine the effect of each aspect of talent management (identification, attraction, selection, development, evaluation, and application) on the maintenance of human resources in Saiiran Company Let's examine. The present research is descriptive in terms of the method and it is an applied type based on the purpose of the research. In terms of collecting and analyzing the data, the research is quantitative, descriptive and survey type, data collection using tools The questionnaire was implemented in the form of a fieldwork.
The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between talent management and employee retention. And confirms the main question of the relationship between the two variables of talent management and employee retention. Also, according to the results of the regression test, it is clear that there is a significant relationship between the various dimensions of talent management and the dimensions of maintaining and maintaining the staff.
