Maybe we listened more times that innovative organization exit from competition scene but other organizations continue their work in that scene successfully. Do organizations that exit competition scene want this fact? To answer this question we should say they didn’t want and so would not want to face and get this fact. At this moment organizations should have creativity and innovation, and if they want to don’t destroy they should always encouragement people to innovation and accept changes.
In most cases organizations have fewer creativity and innovation, because they think it’s a risk works that they should stray fewer. An organization with suitable structure that is sponsor of creativity should plan for future, otherwise it will be destroy. De Green in his note that named Graceful and worthy organizations believe that the organization should be compatible state. A graceful & worthy organization is an organization that understand environment, preparing information and necessary data fast, answer quickly, be a suitable base for developing creativity and innovation, learn experience and review its structure.
Process of growth technology and close competition in industry and different organizations make creativity and innovation as a necessary principle and that organizations are successful that match with this process, otherwise they will be break.
In our country because of having natural blessing, unfortunately don’t attention to innovation process and always other organizations think new and then we production new products and process, as a result use their outdate results.
Open innovation approach with using knowledge and industrial network in technology and innovation development process can make participation active people in car industry with each other as growth car development.
So in this thesis have effort to use concepts and open innovation main issue, check executive approach or this approach pattern in car industrial. For this purpose, at beginning attention to concepts and open innovation models and in continue check other organizations experience, ranking open innovation factors and then check innovation factors in saipa engine part and decrease air pollution.
