Abstract
Every year, Tank Rails (TRs) transport millions tanks of poisons, inflammable, and dissolving liquid. These are some the most dangerous railways transportation. Over the past several decades, liking liquid rom these tanks caused hundreds of accidents. Some of these accidents were minor, while the other caused humanitarian, environmental, and economical disasters. Most of the countries and related organization try to improve safety of the TRs. It is important to crate safe TRs. This article not only focus on some common ways of keeping TRs safe, but also suggest some inventive and new methods of reducing leakage of liquid in TRs. Using sets of globes with different shapes , size (based on the common size of the poncture after crash) and density(similar or lower density of the liquid) which connected with ropes or chains to the inter surface of the TRs may reduce the leakage of the liquid after impact. These may have enormous effects on reducing speed of the leakage and decreasing some of the potential hazards. All of these suggestions simulate by abacus software. (Also, in order to , some experiment in a small scale with real tank has been done. ) . These new and inventive suggestions not only have positive effects on reducing the leakage of the liquid, but also are cheap and easy to use compare to the common methods.
