Abstract
Design new cabin in white of truck based on the benchmarking base on Heavy Duty Truck Industry of Iran.
Using finite element model in truck cabin structure would be appropriate to prevent extra money and time spending. In this paper the cabin truck structure is designed based on one of cabin truck(Acxor truck). The products features and designs solutions is extracted from the other early world’s CIW based on the benchmarking. The designs process, at the primary steps, the cabin in white of truck has been simulated in CATIA software, and then the element has been created by the Hyper mesh pre-processor software and also after introducing appropriate materials, standards joints and then loads has been created and as a result, the requirements out puts like modal analyse.
