تاثير مديريت دانش بر عملكرد زنجيره تامين با نقش ميانجي مديريت زنجيره تامين در صنعت مد

هدف اصلي تحقيق حاضر تعيين تأثير مديريت دانش بر عملكرد زنجيره تأمين با نقش ميانجي مديريت زنجيره تأمين در صنعت مد مي‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر از حيث هدف كاربردي است. زيرا به دنبال رفع مشكل صنعت مد كشور مي‌باشد. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع پيمايشي پرسشنامه‌اي است و ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها از نوع پرسشنامه است. زيرا به منظور سنجش عقايد تعدادي از كاركنان شركت توليكا از طريق پرسشنامه اقدام به گردآوري داده‌ها مي‌شود. همچنين از حيث گردآوري داده‌ها از نوع تحقيقات ميداني مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق، شامل كلية كاركنان شركت توليكا مي‌باشند كه اين تعداد جمعاً 350 نفر مي‌باشد. براي تعيين حجم نمونه از جدول مورگان استفاده مي‌شود كه تعداد نمونة مورد مطالعه با قابليت اطمينان 95 درصد برابر با 185 نفر بدست آمد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد مديريت دانش بر عملكرد زنجيره تأمين با نقش ميانجي مديريت زنجيره تأمين در صنعت مد تأثير مثبت دارد. همچنين نتايج نشان داد خلق دانش، ذخيره دانش، اشتراك دانش و بكارگيري دانش بر عملكرد زنجيره تأمين با نقش ميانجي مديريت زنجيره تأمين در صنعت مد تأثير مثبت دارد. از سويي نتايج نشان داد. تفكيك سازماني بر عملكرد زنجيره تأمين با در صنعت مد تأثير مثبت دارد. در نهايت قابليتهاي فنآوري اطلاعات بر عملكرد زنجيره تأمين با در صنعت مد تأثير مثبت دارد.

The main purpose of this research is to determine the effect of knowledge management on supply chain performance with the mediating role of supply chain management in the fashion industry. The present study is an applied objective. Because it seeks to fix the country's fashion industry. The research method is a survey questionnaire and the data collection tool is a questionnaire. Because a number of Tolka's employees are collecting data through a questionnaire to measure their beliefs. It is also a type of field research in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this research includes all Tulika employees, which totals 350 people. Morgan table is used to determine the sample size, with a sample size of 95% with a confidence level of 185 people. The results showed that knowledge management has a positive effect on supply chain performance with the mediating role of supply chain management in the fashion industry. Also, the results showed that creation of knowledge, knowledge storage, knowledge sharing and applying knowledge on supply chain performance with the mediating role of supply chain management in the fashion industry has a positive effect. On the other hand, the results showed. Organizational differentiation has a positive effect on supply chain performance in the fashion industry. Finally, information technology capabilities have a positive impact on the performance of the supply chain in the fashion industry.
