In recent years, with the emergence of the concept of supply chain management, many researchers have argued that the selection and management of suppliers are a means to increase competition in the entire supply chain. Therefore, it is important to select the appropriate criteria for assessing and adopting the appropriate choice of suppliers. As many criteria should be considered in this analysis, this issue is considered as a multi-criteria issue. Selecting the right suppliers significantly reduces the cost of purchasing, improves the competitive advantage of the organization and improves the level of customer satisfaction of the product. Therefore, in view of the growing growth of the fleet in Iran, and in particular the sixth development plan for the development of the rail transport network in the country, and the need to increase the efficiency and control of additional costs, outsourcing should be carried out with an expert approach and a study on these suppliers and the need for The use of multi-criteria decision-making methods is more important than ever. Because the mistake in making decisions in this area would lead to the loss of massive capital. In discussing supplier selection, we will analyze and measure the performance of suppliers in order to rank and assign orders. On the other hand, in these issues, we will encounter countermeasures that need to be applied in analyzes, which will set the issues ahead as a matter of multi-criteria decision-making. The purpose of this research is to present a multivariate multi-objective multi-objective hybrid model for prioritizing and assigning orders to railroad suppliers in Iran. For this purpose, firstly, important and important criteria are determined through a review of the subject literature, and after identification of the options, suppliers (existing options) are prioritized using the hierarchical analysis method. After prioritizing suppliers in the next step, the information obtained from the hierarchy analysis method, which weights are related to each of the options to the criteria, are used as inputs for the next phase of the model. At this stage, a target function was created for each criterion, which aims to maximize the supplier's performance in relation to each criterion. After coding the model in the lingo software and solving it using the weighting method to the goals, the share of the allocated demand for each supplier was identified.
