Master production schedule is a middle-term program in production plan that converts long-term integrated production to a system determining product quantity and manufacturing time. Making decision about such matters requires vast information about factors such as requirement, production sources and expenditures. Assessment of these parameters in exact approach is practically impossible. In this research, a model was proposed for solving master production schedule in uncertain situations in which, analyst data about parameters is defined in the form of Z-Number. At the beginning, a continuous linear programming model for managing production, human resources, marketing and supplying out-sourcing sections. At the second, decision made by converting Z-Number to fuzzy numbers and further use of robust random programming.
This research is considered as an applied topic in the view of profit making, market stock share and maximizing purchase trend regarding different practical items and also descriptive in the methodological point of view. The current research has this potential for achieving improved and more comprehensive model in the field of production that finally leads to cost reduction and increasing production capacity. This proposed model was successfully applied in NIROO MOHAREKE Company for eight products and twenty four raw materials and based on obtained results, production quantity in planning extreme is determined together with required resources for manufacturing of such items.
