According to the literature studied in the field of competition, supply chains leading to the identification of needs and gaps in existing research in this area, in this study a new concept of competition stated that due to the common requirement at the chain, in addition to the chain They are mutually contradictory, and they have not participated in one another, which has not yet been studied in literature. The chains used in this study are closed loops and, given the complexity of the integrated and reverse-direct processes, it directs managers to provide third-party logistics service providers (3PLs) as an appropriate option in line with outsourcing processes (especially reverse processes). In this research, we will first step to develop strategies for creating cooperation-competition between two chain-closed loop manufacturers, distributors and collectors, which will take measures to collect returned products for some financial and operational considerations. A subscriber to a third-party company is outsourced. In addition, in the real world, the uncertainty conditions lead to data loss in most of the parameters. Given the need to use the actual assumptions in the study, the amount of internal market demand is uncertain in the problem, and with data the first stage, which has never been seen in the literature in the discussion of cooperation-competition, has yet to be seen. We have also discussed the disruption of the centers as a thread-influencing issue with a P-Robust approach to the model. The game theory approach based on the Nash and Stockelberg games is the solution method we are using in the upcoming research. Finally, by implementing the model on the data from a case study, the results are carefully discussed.
