alongside education concept,training word is also included. one of the dimentions of education in relation to childs training is to strengthen the social communication dimension and childrens ability to encounter with other people except family members. children after the household context whitch is considerd as the first institution of experience of life for thementer the largest environment called school,and their extended family including parents and sibiling extend to teachers and friends.
in this thesis, one tried to build an environment for student to communication with their school members through the skills receving at their school and also identify the school as second home in the communication.
to achieve this purpose,we first investigated the concept of sustainablity and dimentions of social sustanbility. then, manzoumeh kherad educational institute was selected by district one of tehran for research.in the field of research,one used questionaire,interviews with both students and colleagues, and the experience of one-year presence of researcher at this school.
